The Bṛhat-Pārāśara-Horāśāstra — the complete text, in Sanskrit and English

The foundational classic of Vedic astrology, attributed to Sage Parāśara, in full: 98 chapters and 3,971 numbered ślokas. Each verse is given in the original Devanāgarī with VedicSpace's own clean-room English translation and a stable citation. Translated from the public-domain Chaukhamba edition (Pt. Devachandra Jha) and checked against the printed plates, with every correction recorded and shown on the page. The English translation is our own and is still under Acharya Anand’s review.
