In short. Your birth details, saved charts and preferences — encrypted at rest. We don't sell data, run ads, or share charts with anyone, ever.

Birth data is the most intimate data there is; we treat it like medical records. Data is stored in-region, encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). No third-party analytics see chart contents. Support staff access requires your explicit ticket consent and is audit-logged. Indian DPDP Act and EU GDPR controls apply regardless of where you live.

In short. Export everything as JSON any time. Delete your account and all data with a 30-day grace window.

Export is self-serve from Profile → Export. Deletion is immediate-soft (account unusable, data frozen), hard-erased after 30 days including backups on cycle. You can submit access, correction or portability requests at namaste@vedicspace.com; we respond within 7 working days.

In short. Jyotiṣa guidance, not professional advice. We show classical rules and their sources — decisions remain yours.

All readings, muhūrta verdicts and matchmaking results are interpretations of classical Jyotiṣa texts applied to computed astronomy. They are not, and must not be relied upon as, medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Marriage-audit verdicts are advisory; no outcome is guaranteed or implied. Longevity is shown in bands — never dates.

In short. The AI speaks only from your computed chart facts and cited rules. It can be wrong; it will never pretend certainty.

AI answers are grounded against engine output and flagged when confidence is low. Conversations are not used to train models. You can delete AI history independently of your account from Profile → AI history. The AI cannot make predictions about death dates, character verdicts or definitive medical claims; these requests are refused by policy, not by chance.

In short. Use the product personally or professionally; don't re-host the engine; don't claim our verdicts as your own without attribution.

Account holders may use VedicSpace for personal study, family use, or professional consultation. Bulk scraping, automated re-publishing of engine output, or training derivative models on chart data is prohibited. API tier customers operate under the separate Developers contract; per-call rates and SLAs are documented there. Service is provided as-is; we maintain 99.5% uptime targets but do not warrant fitness for any specific consequential decision.

In short. Monthly plans, cancel anytime, effective end of cycle. GST invoices issued automatically.

Refunds for duplicate or erroneous charges processed within 7 days. Price changes are notified 30 days ahead and never apply mid-cycle. Plan limits reset on the billing anniversary. Indian customers receive GST invoices; international customers receive USD invoices.

In short. 7-day no-questions refund on your first paid month. Pro-rata for service outages above 8 hours.

First paid month: full refund within 7 days, no reason required, write to namaste@vedicspace.com with subject "Refund". Subsequent months: pro-rata refunds at our discretion for verified outages over 8 hours in a calendar day, against the published status page. API tier: see Developers contract for credit terms.

Registered entity details and grievance-officer contact (per IT Rules 2021) are provided in the footer of every invoice and on request. For copyright or content claims, please include the URL, the specific content, and your relationship to the claim.
