BPHS Adhyāya 56, śloka colophon
Śloka 1-2 — Rāhu's own antardaśā in Rāhu daśā — Rāhu in favourable rāśis
Parāśara said: When [Rāhu] is in Cancer, in Scorpio, in Virgo, or gone to Sagittarius — in his own bhukti there is honour from the king, and cloth, vehicle and ornament. From business there is abundance of fruit, and there will be gain of quadrupeds; travel in the western quarter, and gain of vehicle and of clothes.
BPHS Adhyāya 56, śloka 1-2
Śloka 3-4 — Rāhu in an upacaya bhāva with benefics / yogakāraka
When Rāhu is in an upacaya from the lagna, conjoined with or aspected by benefic grahas, or in the aṃśa of a friend or in an exalted portion, or joined with a yogakāraka — there is gain of kingdom, great enthusiasm, and the king's affection bringing auspiciousness; in the home well-being and prosperity, and the increase of wife, sons and the rest.
BPHS Adhyāya 56, śloka 3-4
Śloka 5-7 — Rāhu in the 8th or 12th with malefics; Rāhu as lord of 2nd/7th in the 7th
When Rāhu is in the eighth or the twelfth, joined with or aspected by malefics, affliction from thieves and from wounds arises everywhere; hatred from the people at the king's gate, and the destruction of dear kinsmen; affliction arising from wife, sons and the rest comes about — there is no doubt here. But if [Rāhu], being lord of the second or the seventh, has resorted to the seventh sthāna, there is constant disease and great distress; one should perform the śānti according to prescribed rule, and then health and prosperity will surely come — there is no doubt.
BPHS Adhyāya 56, śloka 5-7
Śloka 8-13 — Jupiter antardaśā — Jupiter strong in kendra/trikoṇa, ucca, svakṣetra
When Jupiter comes as antardaśā within Rāhu's, being placed in a kendra or trikoṇa from the lagna, or in his own ucca or in his svakṣetra, or in his own aṃśa or in the aṃśa of his exaltation — [there is] gain of position, firmness of mind, destruction of enemies, great happiness. The native enjoys exceedingly a comfort that produces the king's affection; and there is increase day by day, as the moon in the bright fortnight. Abundant wealth of vehicles and the like; a house crowded with cattle-wealth; travel in the south-west and the west, and audience with the king. Accomplishment of the aims and objects undertaken; he will return again to his own country; benefaction toward brāhmaṇas engaged in pilgrimage and such rites; gain of vehicle and of a village; worship of gods and brāhmaṇas; satisfaction from a son's festivities and the like; and constantly the eating of sweet food.
BPHS Adhyāya 56, śloka 8-13

But if [Jupiter] be in debilitation, or set (combust), or gone to the sixth, eighth or twelfth rāśi, or in an enemy's kṣetra, or joined with a malefic — there will be loss of wealth. Obstruction in one's work and loss of mental cheer come about — there is no doubt. And there is affliction of wife and sons, royal duty imposed, and disease of the heart.
BPHS Adhyāya 56, śloka 14-15

If [Jupiter], full in strength, be in a kendra or koṇa from the daśā-lord, or in the eleventh, or in the second, or in the third — there is prosperity of field and house; food, cloth, cattle and the like; giving, dharma, japa and such acts. At the end of the bhukti, from the king's wrath, there is bodily affliction for two months; and destruction of the elder brother, and affliction to mother, father and the rest.

If [Jupiter] be in the sixth, the eighth (randhra) or the twelfth from the daśā-lord, joined with a malefic — in that bhukti there will be loss of wealth and bodily affliction will arise. And if he be lord of the second or the seventh, untimely death will come about. One should have a golden image given in charity, and the worship of Śiva performed.

Having performed marriage-festival rites and abundant meritorious acts, he becomes engaged in the making of pleasure-gardens, and has a tank constructed as well. Through the favour of a śūdra master there is gain of what is desired, and the accumulating of cattle-wealth; travel in the western quarter; loss of wealth on the master's account; sluggishness of the body, scantiness of results — and he will return again to his own country.

If [Saturn] be in the sixth, the twelfth or the eighth from the daśā-lord, joined with a malefic — heart-disease and loss of honour; a marriage; affliction from enemies; wandering to other countries and the like; he becomes subject to disease resembling a tumour; bad food such as kodrava grain; and fear arising from distress within his own community.
